It seems that the Indian Defence Ministry is getting more stubborn by the day with their stance on the release of the 3G spectrum currently reserved by the armed forces. Telecom minister A Raja has requested they release the spectrum they control but in response the Defense Ministry has agreed to release only the parts of the spectrum earmarked for auction and they won't release it all at once.
