Both China Mobile and China Unicom have published their new October subscriber figures. China Mobile adding 654,000 new 3G users in Octobers as well as 5 million new customers bringing their total user base to 513.5 million. China Unicom added another 815,000 customers over the month as well bringing their total subscriber base to 144 million with 1. 021 million of those paying for 3G plans. Read more.
