In the Indian telecom sector, there was a cyclone in the month of June this year when Tata DoCoMo revealed the first ever per-second billing tariff in the country. Right from the day of launch, it has attracted the attention of many mobile phone users and a large number of users immediately switched to Tata DoCoMo dumping their current operators. Other operators had nothing to do except to rollout similar per-second billing tariffs and today, most of the Indian mobile operator have similar plans.
